What WaterDamageGo is

WaterDamageGo is a referral and connection service. We publish information about water damage restoration and connect visitors with independent local restoration professionals. WaterDamageGo is not a restoration contractor. We do not perform inspections, extraction, drying, cleanup or repairs ourselves, we do not employ the crews who do that work, and we are not a franchise of any restoration company. Every professional you are connected with is an independent business that operates under its own name, license and insurance, and any agreement for work is made directly between you and that professional.

Estimates and pricing

The figures published on this website – including cost ranges on city and service pages – are general United States ranges provided for information only. They are not quotes, bids or price guarantees, and your actual cost may fall outside them. Water damage varies too much for an honest price to be given without an inspection: the cause, the area affected, the materials involved and how long the water sat all change the number. The only price that governs your job is the on-site estimate given by the independent professional who inspects your property, and any work should proceed only on the terms you agree with that professional.

No guarantee of availability or work

We work to connect every caller with a local professional promptly, but we cannot guarantee that a professional will be available in every area, at every hour, or within a particular response time – demand after major storms, in particular, can exceed what local crews can safely handle. WaterDamageGo does not supervise, control or guarantee the work of independent professionals. Workmanship, timelines, invoicing and any warranties on completed work are the sole responsibility of the professional who performed the work, and questions or disputes about that work should be raised with that professional directly. If a professional cannot take your job, we will tell you so on the call rather than leave you waiting – and you are always free to contact any restoration company directly instead.

Acceptable use

You may use this website and the phone service only for their intended purpose: learning about water damage restoration and requesting a connection with a local professional. You agree not to misuse the site or the phone line – including submitting false or prank requests, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, scraping or copying content at scale, or using the service in any way that breaks the law or interferes with other visitors, callers or professionals. We may decline to provide the connection service to anyone who misuses it.

Intellectual property

The text, design, layout and branding on this website, including the WaterDamageGo name and logo, belong to WaterDamageGo or its content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
